📦 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

✅ Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of dropshipping, items such as personal care products, custom items, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

🚚 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra charge.

⚠️ Order Issues Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs, weather).

  2. Photos of the item (if damaged/wrong)

  3. Reason for return
