📦 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
✅ Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of dropshipping, items such as personal care products, custom items, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
💰 Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
🚚 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra charge.
⚠️ Order Issues Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs, weather).
