📖 Are the boards really handmade?
Yes. Each board is cut, stained, and engraved by hand in small batches. Because every piece is made individually, no two are exactly alike — the grain, the stain, and the way the gold catches the light is unique to your set.

⏱ How long does shipping take?
This is a preorder. Each board is handcrafted to order, so please allow 8–10 weeks for your set to be made and shipped after you order. Once it ships, U.S. delivery takes 6–10 business days and international 7–15 business days, depending on customs. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.

📦 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

🔪 Can I actually cut on it?
Yes. The clean wood face is your cutting surface — you never cut on the scripture. The verse lives on the spine, which faces out for display, so you're preparing food beneath the Word, never on it. Many customers display them and only cut occasionally — they're built for both.

🪵 What are the boards made of?
Each board is made from solid stained hardwood with hand-engraved gold lettering. Built thin like a real book (about 0.75 inches) but solid and durable enough to last for generations.

• Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap.
• Never submerge, soak, or put in the dishwasher.
• Dry immediately with a soft cloth — never leave it wet.

• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or heat; it can fade and crack the wood over time.
• Store in a cool, dry place or display in its stand.

• Oil regularly with food-safe cutting board oil or beeswax conditioner to protect the wood and keep the finish rich.
• Keep away from harsh chemicals and cleaning products.
• Wipe with a clean dry cloth to maintain shine.
• The wood will develop a natural character over time — part of its charm as an heirloom.
